SPROUT SP3967 Combines ESD Function with Arch Support at Taiwan Outdoor Show

TAIPEI — For people working in electronics, cleanrooms, manufacturing, and other environments that require long hours in work or safety footwear, in-shoe performance may involve more than cushioning alone. Static conductivity, arch support, stability, and comfort may all be important considerations.

SPROUT will present the SP3967 Advanced ESD Arch Support Insole at the 2026 Taiwan Outdoor Show. The insole combines copper-fiber conductive fabric, patented POLIYOU® PU foam, a carbon-fiber-look arch support plate, full-length textured contact points, and forefoot cushioning.

Under suitable footwear and environmental conditions, the conductive materials help establish an in-shoe path for static transmission. The arch support structure helps distribute plantar pressure, while the cushioning layers provide additional comfort inside work shoes, safety shoes, and selected athletic footwear.

Actual ESD performance may vary depending on socks, footwear, outsole materials, flooring, humidity, and the grounding system. In workplaces with formal ESD requirements, the SP3967 should be used together with compliant footwear, conductive flooring, and established testing procedures. The insole does not replace a complete workplace ESD protection system.

Visitors are invited to explore the SP3967 at SPROUT Booth J903 during the 2026 Taiwan Outdoor Show, held from October 2 to 5 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1.
